About Aamava

On-demand charter aviation is one of the safest, most flexible ways to move people and freight — and also one of the most wasteful. When a charter drops its passengers at a destination, the aircraft frequently returns home empty. Industry estimates put the number of empty sectors in the millions per year worldwide; every one of them is burned fuel, wasted crew time, and cost baked into everyone else's charter quotes.

Aamava exists to make that capacity liquid. Our empty-leg engine watches public flight data and identifies repositioning Part 135 flights as they happen. Our trip board lets travelers and shippers coordinate around a shared charter and split the operator's actual cost — by seats, or pro-rata by weight. And our operator portal gives charter companies and brokers a free channel to market the empty sectors they already know about.

Aamava is a technology marketplace, not an air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft, and we do not hold out to provide air transportation. Every flight offered through Aamava is sold and performed by an FAA-certificated Part 135 operator (or a broker acting on one's behalf). Passengers and shippers contract with those operators.
